The Hiranandani Cyclothon held in association with the Young Environmentalists Programme and Cycle Partner Giant Starkenn was a resounding success as over 1500 cyclists both novice and professionals came down to Hiranandani Powai Mumbai on the 10th of December 2017.
Crisp clean morning air at Hiranandani Gardens Powai welcomed all participants. The weather gods looked down fondly on the Green Chain Revolution Cyclothon 2017, as the cyclists arrived on site at 6.am. With the sun coming up at dawn, there was a great sense of anticipation and excitement as the health and safety talk by Cyclist Manish Lala, gave the participants and audience that extra boost.
There was lycra as far as the eyes could see and much eager lunging and good stretching before the Grand flag off by the NCC battalions drumming up the energy.

The crowds came to cheer the cyclists in large numbers at the Heritage Gardens Powai. " We are glad to associate and partner with the Cyclothon Green Revolution Chain of Creed Entertainment. Cycling brings a boost to fitness for all levels of participants. We welcome sportsmanship in all cyclists, new cyclists and professionals alike." said Mr. Pravin Patel of Giant Starkenn.

Energy levels soared as the seasoned cyclists covered more than 25kms this year around Hiranandani Powai Mumbai.
Of course, a good and healthy pure vegetarian breakfast by SanDoitchi saw hundreds of participants gather for a sumptuous breakfast been prepared on hot tepanyaki grills.
